Uh...I'll be glad to join. I'm a roleplay game master in various spots on the net. I wanna play as Noxic, but I'll have to find out more about her before I can make up a bio... Uh, can somebody help me out with that? I'd appreciate any help I can get.... I also want to be able to watch a few episodes too, but I can't find them....

Noxic is Vexor's mechanical expert, and as such is the general in charge of all mechanical monsters (as Typhus is general of mutants and Jara general of various mercenaries). In the original Japanese version, Noxic started out as a sentient computer virus which Vexor gave a body. He can control mechanical objects by taking off his head and attaching it to them (one imagines Jara and Typhus have at least thought about attaching it to a bus while he is asleep). He's kind of a lazy son of a gun, preferring to lounge about and eat junk food, but he can be talked into doing fun things, such as stealing an entire passenger train! Like the other Magnavors he can shoot energy beams (like blue lightening) from his hands. Plus for his weapon he has an electric umbrella, can you beat that? All in all, he's loads of fun - he just happens to be on the bad guys' side. So yeah, I would totally encourage you to be Noxic, and now the two of us just have to find a Typhus to fill out our ring!

That's a great idea in theory, but I know I at least am never on when anyone else is, and I think IM would be very hard to coordinate (plus we couldn't have a group record!). But if you have a group of friends in your timezone, I'd say go for it with them. If no one has any suggestions or objections, I just dropped in here to get this cakewalk started:
Intro scene, summoning of the Magnavors and Crustacions, Jara POV. Characters in scene: Jara, Typhus, Noxic, Vilor, Horribelle, Les Fortunes, Atreyu. Jump in at any time.

There was no slow rising to consciousness the first time – I was simply awake. It is the same this time, except this time my body takes a while to follow. For a while I’m aware of what it must be like to be a gas cloud. I don’t see my body flickering in and out, my outline jumping and skipping, but the world phases and breaks like a pixilated image as my optic nerve struggles to condense itself, so I figure it’s a safe bet the rest of me is doing the same. When I finally solidify, my gaze is first attracted by the shafts of light in the room. The one dissipating around me is yellow, as are the two on either side of me, but two more on the other side, more particlized than the yellow radiation, are blue and green, respectively. In the last clouds of the blue stands a woman-thing in white insectiod armor. To the right of her is a scraggly man in a mass produced uniform, the kind people don’t wear by choice. Right by him, looking over his head, is a female who resembles the one in blue light except that she’s bigger. Not much has come out of the green light yet.
Looking to my right I see Noxic materializing in the yellow light, still doing the full-body flicker I must have just finished. I want to grab him but I’m afraid of what may happen to us both if I interrupt the process. To my left is what I hope to be a Typhus-sized form glowing and flashing. Across the room another large form is appearing in the green. Each of these two flash and dim not just across their bodies but across individual limbs. Perhaps larger masses are harder to push across whatever barrier we just came through. The female beside the rough human catches my eye. She’s fully present, and given her size I’d say that means she’s been here. She looks much more in control than the human. Noxic is now condensed beside me, gripping his head to test how well it’s on. I give his sleeve a tug to follow, then go over to the female.
I don’t make a show of it, but on the way I check to see that my whip is hanging in its rightful place, and check the exit. Large eyes mean great peripheral vision, and I don’t even have to turn my head to see the tunnel leading out. I hope if Noxic and I have to run, Typhus will at least be here enough to grab him.
I come up to the girl (I can see now she is a girl, on the upper border of adolescence) and meet her eyes. She stands a full foot taller than me or just under, but it doesn’t bother me. After being among Noxic, Vexor, Typhus, all three Beetleborgs and any number of hulking monsters, size is the last thing to intimidate me.
Your move, sweetheart, I think.
