Here's a question that's been echoing around in my head for a while: If "magna" means "large," as in "magnavox," and "vore" means "eating," as in "carnivore," are "Magnavors" then literally "large predators"?

Or at least, "large consumer," which I guess could denote some sweeping, overpowering force for the "good guys." I wonder if anyone did that intentionally? Or, possibly, they just used it because it sounded impressive, and it could just as easily been "Megavors" or something. Which, in essence, isn't that far off from the other. (This is just a musing thread about anything related to how Noxic, Typhus and Jara exist in their everyday lives, so anyone can put up questions or thoughts or opinions.)

What about this whole fireball thing? If they materialized into fire, they would burn out almost instantly, since fire needs something to consume. What if instead they just converted their bodies into heat energy (which would make much more snse from a scientific view of matter). That way the "fireball" would actually be the oxygen and pollutants in the atmoshpere catching fire as they moved through.

Typhus' mouth(s): what the heck? He's got one in his face and one in his head! Does he have some sort of gullet that goes down from his head and sort of slides in back of his brain? That's typically the mouth he is shown eating with (doughnuts, pizza, camara film, ect.). Perhaps one is for eating and one is for talking? Noxic has a cool little sliding mouth. Anyone know how they did that?

Oh, yay, somebody responded.
Vexor is not a Magnavor, is he? I don't think he is, because they are always refered to as "the three Magnavors" and he calls them his Magnavors, so I think Vexor is a seperate entity unto himself (and I don't like him anyway, so I'm not going to talk much about him, except for one more thing. They are the only ones who pronounce his name "Vexer," with the emphasis on the first syllable. Everyone else says "Vex Or"). It kind of works, the trio (or Triumvirate if you want). You have Machine - Noxic, Plant - Typhus, and Animal - Jara. How the heck would you classify them as a species?

I mean you don't have to use "real" names (although they should work). Noxic obviously would not fit into any traditional classification system, but one could be made up for him using computer jargon. I'm almost done with Jara's, and I've started on Typhus. That stuff is harder to find than you'd think. The basic thing is that you use the K,P,C et cetera set aformentioned.

Heh, I know I haven't updated this in forever, and I do have some of this ready. I'll put it up soon. I've been really busy with school. (Specifically with a huge report reguarding my other favorite fictional character, the Greek goddess Athene.)
